The Weight Management Programme
This new programme, combining the latest scientific approaches to managing weight, alongwith hypnotherapy to give you the confidence to succeed, will help you to achieve your goals.
Many weight management programmes from the past have promoted low weight loss targets yet this programme is different. Depending on your circumstances, it is expected that you lose on average 10% of your current weight in the first 8 weeks (1). This diet can also help to reverse type 2 diabetes (if you do have diabetes you will need to liaise with your GP before I will see you). Throughout the programme I support your needs with a combination of coaching, hypnotherapy, and mindfulness. This is a winning combination as you will be given the psychological strength to succeed.
This programme runs runs for at least 9 weeks and there are various package options available.
One of the current problems is weight gained around the stomach. Adipose fat. It has been shown that by shedding 10% of your fat you are decreasing adipose fat and therefore significantly reducing your risk of type 2 diabetes (1).
