Ego Boost Hypnosis
A version of this session is one that I have used with many clients to give their first experience of hypnosis so they have an awareness of what hypnosis feels like (you will likely feel one of three things: you will likely feel heavy and relaxed, light and relaxed, or as though you're sat listening to my voice).
The funny thing occasionally happens when people listen to this, they occasionally need no additional sessions. Clients have had their issues resolved after this single session. Others use it as a way of enhancing future sessions, which it also works well for.
IBS Hypnosis - Inner Calm
Hypnosis has been shown to be effective in reducing the symptoms of IBS in 70-95% of those who experience IBS, and it has been shown that recorded sessions are as effective as face-to-face hypnosis.
In my work I have helped many people with IBS ease their symptoms, and some have experienced all of their symptoms relieved fully.
Some may find it unusual to even consider how IBS can be helped with hypnosis, yet there are two systems that respond to hypnosis. The Gut Brain Axis and the HPA Axis. Through hypnosis we can work with these two systems that help to increase the fluids available to the gut, and normalise the gut functionality to relieve and sometimes eliminate the symptoms of IBS.

Emotional Detox - Weed that Seed
This particular client had had an idea planted into their mind by a professional, and despite being able to rationalise that the idea was nonsense, it was still pervasive - it really stuck in their mind! This led to anxiety, panic, and severe fear. We identified the 'seed' that had been planted and we were struggling to remove that seed of doubt.
With this powerful hypnosis session I guided the client through the process of identifying where that seed was, how that seed was spread throughout the body creating those feelings of anxiety and panic, and then we moved onto removing that seed. It was truly a breakthrough session.
Since that day I have used a variation of that process with numerous clients, all with amazing effect. They have all returned the following week with glowing feedback of how much of a breakthrough they have had during that week. I have also given the process to some friends who have had the same result.
With this powerful recorded hypnosis session I have adapted it for the purpose of the recording, and have tested it with friends. I believe that you can have an enjoyable, transformational, journey by listening to this session, and engaging with the entire process. You may notice you get the most benefit from listening to this session 3-5 times a week for at least 2 weeks. Although, maybe you'll notice instant changes as your mind starts processing the idea of change from the first time you listen and engage with this session.

It can be really frustrating when you're laying in bed, trying hard to go to sleep, and your mind is racing.
With this hypnosis recording your mind is taught a simple strategy to help quieten it when you are ready to sleep, and then the session moves on to helping to guide you into a profound form of slow wave sleep which can have wonderful restorative properties for body and mind. The approach uses methods that have been scientifically explored with evidence to suggest there is a real impact on the quality of sleep you will experience.
